This past Monday the Howells Fire Company drilled with the Otisville Fire Company at Howells lay down yard. The topic of the drill was Otisville’s new tools Crash Recovery Systems by Hurst (Jaws of Life). This state of art computer will help firefighters with the information needed on the dos and don’t of extraction. With today’s more advance, stronger and safer car the information untainted from the computer helps firefighters with their decision making on what to cut and what not to cut in victim extraction.
